General Description: Very unique, low mileage vehicle. Appears to be in good condition, both Gull Wing doors work, interior looks very clean with minimal wear. Vehicle has had fuel tank,and injection system flushed out, fuel pump has been replaced. Also had an inspection of originality performed which came back as "engine and drive train is all original/very low miles on vehicle". Receipt is available.

13% BUYERS PREMIUM for each item that sells on this auction. If buyer pays with cash, wire transfer, or cashier's check, then we waive 3% of the buyer's premium, which makes it 10%.


Titled items will also be charged a $95.00 broker fee and a $15.00 title fee.  Plates and registration are also available at an additional cost when applicable.  All titled items purchased with the intent of taking that item out of the country are recommended to contact the title department as soon as the winning bid is accepted.

It is strongly recommended that bids be placed early to avoid losing out due to an ill-timed, last minute bid. All times based on Eastern Standard Time. Dynamic bidding - The dynamic bid on this website is a feature that does NOT allow an item to sell at the end of the auction until there is 10 minutes of bidding inactivity. Example - An item is bid on at 7:50pm. An auction is scheduled to close at 8:00pm. When this bid is placed the ending time will automatically extend to 8:10pm. When another bid is placed at 8:01 the auction will extend until 8:20pm. This will give bidder 19 minutes to place another bid.  If no bids are placed this auction will conclude at 8:20pm. All specialty auction items are selling from our locations at: 3450 12th St., Wayland, MI 49348 and 2851 James P Cole Blvd, Flint, MI 48505 unless otherwise stated in the online listing/description.

All items purchased on the specialty online auctions are to be paid for and picked up within 8 days from the auction date. After this 8 day period if your invoice has not been both paid for and picked up, an automatic $2 per lot/per day storage fee will be added to your invoice and will be subject to being resold at the high bidder’s expense.  After  2 weeks from the date of the auction (NOT from the date paid or picked up) no adjustments can be made on the invoice with regards to any item purchased on the auction and upon this time full payment is also still required regardless of the condition or the availability of the item.

All items are to paid in full and picked up within 8 business days from the auction date. Paid in full item(s) not picked up within 8 business days from auction date will be considered abandoned and will be relisted on auction offering for sale to public.

A non-refundable restocking fee of 20% or $25 (whichever is greater) will be charged to buyer for item(s) not paid in full within 8 business days from auction date. The buyer account will be inactivated, disallowing bidding privileges. Item(s) will be relisted on auction offering for sale to public.

At the discretion of the auction company, item(s) that are paid in full may be held/stored for an additional 5 days for prearranged customer pickup. Storage fees will apply at $2 per lot per day for the additional 5 days held by auction company. Items will not be held/stored beyond a total of 13 business days from date of auction, and will be considered abandoned and will be relisted on auction offering for sale to public.

Sales Subject to Approval

This means that an items sale is contingent upon receiving the approval of the Bank, Court, Trustee or Lien Holders affiliated with that particular piece. Please call (616) 389-6453 for the Approvals on all items that sell subject and we will be happy to assist you.


Sales Tax

All bidders will be subject to 6% State of Michigan Sales Tax.  If you are tax exempt, provide our office with the documentation required for exemption.

Sales tax is calculated on total sales price which includes Buyer's Premium (therefore Buyer's Premium is also taxable).

You are not limited to using these companies; however any company you choose must present Certificate of Insurance for a minimum $1,000,000 blanket liability listing Miedema Auctioneering Inc., Orbitbid.com Inc., Repocast.com Inc. as additionally insured. Riggers & Haulers on this list do NOT work for Miedema Companies. They are independent contractors that have requested to be listed and have provided us with the required insurance limits.

Storage Fees / Restocking Fees

Auction Co. RESERVES THE RIGHT to charge any credit/debit card registered with your account up to 20% as a non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $25.00 charge) based on total purchase price during the auction or immediately following the auction.  The non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $25.00 charge) will be applied when invoices are not paid in full within 8 days of auction date. Note that the purchase price is the sum of the bid price, buyer’s premium, buyer's fee, and sales tax if applicable. At which time, all items are considered to be abandoned &/or forfeited to the Auction Co. Auction Co. reserves the right to relist/resell any and all items considered to be abandoned or forfeited when invoice is not paid in full and removed completely from auction location within 8 days of auction.  We do not accept partial payments. Invoices must be paid in full. All payments must be in U.S. Funds.


Titled Lots

Titled Vehicle Information

Michigan residents, we are required by the State of Michigan to broker all titled items sold. A $95.00 broker fee will be charged for all titled items which we need to broker. In addition, a $15.00 fee for title transfer will be charged. We can apply for your plates and registration if you so choose. If you wish to have us do so, you MUST provide us with proof of insurance for the purchased titled item before you can remove it from the auction site. If not, you must be prepared to tow or trailer your titled item. The appropriate fees will be added to your invoice.

Non-Michigan Residents will pay the $95.00 Broker Fee and necessary fees according to their state rules for titled titled items. Please note that buyers will need to sign the appropriate paperwork required by the state for title transfers. Title processing may take up to 15 business days. Then will take 4-10 business days to receive your title from the Secretary of State.

For Out of Country buyers, the State of Michigan requires we collect 6% sales tax and transfer the title as an “In-Transit” through the Michigan Secretary of State before the title is issued to the buyer. All out of country buyers must contact our title department to start the paperwork before the item can go across the border. We will need to obtain the appropriate documents and signatures to transfer the title; this could take 3 to 5 weeks. We recommend all titled item purchases made with the intent of taking the titled item out of the country contact the title dept. as soon as a winning bid is accepted. 3. There is a 3% discount on the buyer’s premium only when the invoice is paid in full with Cash, Cashier’s Check or Wire Transfer. This discount does not apply to payments made by Credit/Debit Card, Personal or Business Checks.

4. *Personal or Business Checks will be processed through TeleCheck ECA service which converts a paper check into an electronic item at the point of sale. The voided check will be returned to person presenting upon approval of electronic fund transfer. Please confirm that your bank allows ECA processing prior to presenting a Personal or Business Check as a form of payment.


Watercraft / Boat Sales

There is a 7 day right to inspect boats only. (This 7 day inspection does NOT apply to items with specific issues listed, or to items listed in non-running condition.) Boats and personal watercrafts are sold in running condition (drive train and engine only) unless otherwise stated in the online description. On boat/watercraft sales only you will have 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE AUCTION to have it inspected by a CERTIFIED MARINE MECHANIC to bring any drive train or motor issue to the attention of a Repocast Manager. A Repocast Manager reserves the right to have the unit inspected by the own choice of mechanic to help determine the validity of the inspection provided by the buyer. No refunds will be given after the 7 day time frame from the date of the auction! (Please note auction date NOT removal or date of payment) The 7 day inspection covers ONLY the following: cracked blocks, compression on cylinders, and locked up lower units. This 7 day inspection does NOT cover the following: transoms, seals, bearings, tune ups or cosmetic defects to the boat or trailer, etc. Please note that for all conditions not covered in the 7 day inspection you will need to rely on your own personal inspections prior to bidding.
