Liquor License Specifics include Additional Bar, Sunday Sales (PM), Direct Connections (4), Specific Purpose (Bowling).  Bowling Permit can be cancelled during transfer so the buyer can use the license to fit almost any type of bar/restaurant use.  This license is transferable anywhere in Michigan. This is a sealed bid auction only. The submission period of sealed bids for this auction will close on Monday, May 14 at 5:00 pm. Be sure to submit your top bid. The license will be sold to the highest and/or the best bidder.

The secured creditor reserves the right to accept the highest and/or best offer, and/or reject any and all bids, based on its sole discretion. The winning bidder is responsible for all licensing and approval with the Michigan Liquor Control Commission, and the final sale of this license is subject to that approval of purchase by the Michigan Liquor Control Commission. Upon acknowledgment of being chosen as the winning bidder, the bidder shall be the purchaser and shall immediately thereafter sign the Purchaser’s Agreement of these Conditions of Sale and pay a down payment of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) as security for performance under the terms of this Agreement. Purchaser acknowledges that the down payment shall be held in escrow by Repocast.com pending settlement but shall be non‐refundable in the event Purchaser is unable to complete settlement for any reason other than any defaults of the seller, whereupon a full refund will be given to purchaser.
