Per court order, this group of EV chargers and related inventory is available for purchase in bulk via sealed bid auction by Miedema Asset Management Group and its Repocast.com, Inc. division. The submission period for sealed bid offers will close on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 5:00 pm Eastern Time. The inventory is to be sold to the highest and/or best bid. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, based on their sole discretion. Be sure to submit your top bid. Upon notification of being awarded a winning bid, the bidder shall be invoiced for the total purchase price to be paid in full via wire transfer within the next 5 business days. Applicable Michigan Sales Tax will be charged on the total bid, unless tax exemption paperwork is provided by purchaser. Bidders may bid on one lot, a combination of lots, or all lots. All bids must be placed via the sealed bid form and submitted to Jon Kuiper at jkuiper@orbitbid.com prior to the sealed bid deadline. Preview is available by appointment only. Buyers are responsible for pickup and removal of all items purchased within 14 days of notification of the winning bid. All assets are located at 601 Gordon Industrial Ct., Byron Center, MI 49315.
